Warranty

Toppc.ee provides a product warranty in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty term and conditions, which are stated in the user manual or manufacturer's warranty card. The minimum warranty term for any product is 1 year, the maximum is 3 years. Please ask our managers about the exact warranty terms for the product you are interested in.

The warranty for peripheral goods (monitors, printers, scanners, etc.) is provided by authorized service centers of the manufacturers. If the manufacturer does not have an authorized service center, the warranty is provided by Toppc.ee in accordance with the manufacturer's specified warranty term.

The product warranty is confirmed by a warranty card, which is issued at the time of receiving the product. The warranty term is measured from the date of the issuance of the product warranty card to the end of the term indicated on the card.

During the warranty term, a damaged product is repaired, or replaced with a new or similar product.

A product that has been replaced under warranty does not acquire an additional warranty term; the ongoing warranty term continues from the date of the product's warranty card issuance to the end of the term indicated on the card.

The warranty only applies to internal technical defects of the product.
