Description

This 64 GB Adata DDR5 RAM has a maximum clock frequency of 6400 MHz, complemented by CL 32 latency.

The two memory modules included in the package allow dual channel operation for increased performance. The memory modules have a cooler colour of Melna and no RGB backlight.

The 64 GB of memory will be ideal for the most advanced games and all kinds of resource-intensive work, including complex video processing, 3D modelling and rendering.

The data latency for this RAM is CL 32.

This RAM is equipped with the most advanced DDR5 memory type, which offers significant performance improvements over DDR4.

The memory module features Intel's XMP (Extreme Memory Profile) technology for accelerating DDR4 and DDR5 RAM.

The memory module features AMD EXPO technology, which enables easy memory overclocking, improved performance and best compatibility when selecting an AMD processor.

TheJEDEC standard specifies DDR5 memory speeds of up to 4800 MHz. If you want to increase the memory speed to the manufacturer's specified 6400 MHz, make sure your motherboard is capable of overclocking.

The QVL (Memory Compatibility List) of the most popular manufacturers is available here.

Basic information
Capacity 64 GB

Memory capacity in Megabytes.

The modern operating systems require 1Gb or more RAM for ensuring stable and fast computer operation. At least 2Gb RAM is required for using MS Windows 7 (64 bit) for ensuring full functionality.
For dual memory support it is necessary to install pairs of memory where both memory modules are of equal capacity.

The type of RAM. Only one type of RAM modules can be used in one motherboard.

Parameter standards:

*Prior to buying the RAM you should verify whether the motherboard has a corresponding memory slot and the support for the relevant type of memory.

CL - the delay of memory cycles in miliseconds. It is recommendable to place identical CL memories in one motherboard. A lower CL time means higher operation speed, however, not all the motherboards can ensure stable operation with high-speed memories. Prior to buying the memory you should verify whether the motherboard supports the CL time that you have selected. The maximum high-speed of the memory in Megahertz. The memory of a higher clock frequency ensures stable operation under a lower clock frequency mode, for example, DDRII800 memory will operate under the DDRII667 and DDRII533 modes. However, when DDRII667 is installed together with DDRII800 memory the motherboard will display and operate in DDRII667 mode. Prior to buying a high-speed memory you should verify whether the motherboard supports the corresponding clock frequency (speed).

Description - A New Speed Benchmark in Gaming Memory The XPG LANCER ushers in the DDR5 era for gaming memory. Reaching frequencies of up to 8000MT/s, it'll give you a major performance boost for gaming and overclocking. RGB Your Way Set the RGB lighting the way you want it. Choose from different effects (static, breathing, and comet) or sync the lights with your favorite jams via Music Mode. All this can be done through RGB control software from all the major motherboard brands.   Create Personalized Lightshow with XPG Prime XPG Prime lighting control software not only allows you to set unique DRAM lighting effects, you can also sync all Prime supported XPG RGB products to create imaginative light shows and shape your own Prime ecosystem. *After selecting Prime as your lighting control software, please be sure to close all other lighting control software from manufactures such as ASUS/ASRock/Gigabyte/MSI. Conflicts may occur when using Prime with motherboard RGB software. For details, please refer to the FAQ. Overclocking Made Easy With support for Intel XMP 3.0, get overclocking easily without the need to hassle with BIOS settings. There is no need to repeatedly adjust and fine-tune overclocking parameters. QuikTips: DDR5 vs DDR4 - Appearance DDR5 U-DIMM modules have the same dimensions and pin count as DDR4 modules. The most obvious difference is the position of the fool-proof notch. Also, DDR5 integrates I/O resistors with CMD/ADD resistors. Also, the appearance of DDR5 modules are cleaner than DDR4. In addition, you can see a PMIC in the center. QuikTips: DDR5 vs DDR4 - Chip Architecture DDR5 modules provide two times more capacity than DDR4 by packing in more banks and bank groups. In addition, Burst Length and Prefetch are also doubled. And to ensure data integrity, they feature error correcting code (ECC) technology. **If you wish to use Prime after installing MSI lighting control software, you must uninstall MSI software, turn off the power, and then reboot before installing and enabling Prime. Enhanced Power Management The XPG LANCER DDR5 features a built-in Power Management IC (PMIC) that enhance power supply stability. It's lower operating voltage also make LANCER more power-efficient than DDR4. Stability and Reliability With On-die error correcting code (ECC) this module can correct errors in real-time to provide increased stability and reliability. Made with High-Quality Materials High-quality ICs and PCBs ensure uncompromised performance and reliable overclocking, ideal for discerning gamers and overclockers. AMD EXPO Support for AMD EXPO (EXtended Profiles for Overclocking) and compatibility with the latest platforms for reliability and stability. * AMD EXPO only supported by DDR5 memory with a speed of 6400MT/s or less. QuikTips: DDR5 vs DDR4 - Performance The biggest change is that bandwidth and frequency are significantly higher. The ADATA DDR5 memory modules deliver frequencies of up to 4800MT/s and feature bandwidth of 38.4GB/s, which is 50% higher than the DDR4-3200. The maximum frequency is increased 1.63 times compared to DDR4. QuikTips: DDR5 vs DDR4 - Comparison Table This specification comparison table shows the advantages of DDR5.
