The SSD drive casing allows external connection of the SATA SSD M.2 drive through the USB port (C or A) of the notebook / computer. Support for M.2 modules: 2280 (80 mm), 2260 (60 mm), 2242 (42 mm) and 2230 (30 mm). The M.2 SATA connector provides high data transfer speeds up to a maximum of 6 Gbit / s. The USB 3.1 type C port guarantees data transmission speed up to 10 Gbit / s. The housing also supports hot-plugging (the ability to connect or disconnect peripherals while the power is on) and Plug & Play. Slim and stylish aluminum housing allows comfortable data transfer and quick reading anywhere. There is no need to use an additional power supply, power is supplied via the USB port of the computer / notebook.
